Plan Your Visit

We’re so glad you’re considering visiting us!

Visiting a church for the first time can come with a lot of questions.

At West Liberty Christian Church, our goal is to make your first visit simple, comfortable, and clear—so you can focus on worship and getting to know our church family.

What to Expect

When you attend a Sunday service at WLCC, you’ll find a relaxed, but reverent, Christ-centered gathering focused on Scripture, singing, prayer, and fellowship.

Worship Service – 11:00 AM

Children’s programming is available during the worship service.

1. What Should I Wear?

There is no dress code at WLCC. We welcome casual attire and want everyone to feel at ease.

However, we also ask that clothing remain modest and respectful, honoring the purpose of worship and the church environment. You’ll see people dressed casually and comfortably. We want your focus to be on worship, not appearances. Some people may be in jeans, while others are wearing business casual clothing.

We care about YOU. Not what you are wearing.

2. What Is the Service Like?

Our worship services are designed to glorify God and encourage believers.

● Worship through music

● Prayer

● Biblical teaching

● Communion using bread and cup

If you’re not familiar with communion or don’t feel ready to participate, you are welcome to simply let the bread and cup pass. Please know there is no expectation or pressure. Any Christian is invited to partake in the Lord’s Supper and all drink the juice in unity at the direction of an elder.

3. Are there programs for the children during the service?

We love families and children, and we’re glad to serve them well.

Children’s Programming (during worship):

● Nursery (Birth–3 years)

● Children’s Church:

● K–2nd Grade

● 3rd–6th Grade

Children are dismissed following the offering prayer, prior to the sermon.

A nursery space with a live video of the service is available for parents who may need a quiet place to care for young children.

4. Do you have a youth program (for teens)?

Middle school and high school students are welcome to join our Fireproof Youth Program, which meets on Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM.

Our youth ministry focuses on biblical teaching, fellowship, and building strong relationships.

5. Who can I talk to if I have questions?

If you’re unsure about anything—what to expect, where to park, or what your first visit will be like—we’d love to help.
